HiDrive (drive.hitech.al), operated by HiTech Solutions, provides cloud file storage, sharing, and management services ("Services"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
Eligibility and Account
You must be 13+ years old and legally capable to use the Services. Provide accurate registration info; keep login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
Upload, store, and share files you own or have rights to.
Do not: Upload illegal content (copyright violations, malware, child exploitation), spam, harass, or interfere with service.
No excessive bandwidth usage; we reserve right to limit/throttle abusers.
Comply with applicable laws, including Albanian/EU regulations.
Storage and Features
Unlimited storage for personal use; commercial use requires contact. Files encrypted at rest/transit. Sharing links may be password-protected or expire. We scan uploads for malware.
User Content
You retain ownership of uploaded files. You grant us limited license to store, display, and transmit your content for service delivery. Remove content anytime; we delete within 30 days.
Fees and Payments
Currently free; paid plans may be introduced. No refunds. We may suspend for non-payment.
Termination
We may suspend/terminate accounts for Terms violation, abuse, or non-payment. You may delete account anytime; data purged after 30 days.
Disclaimers and Liability
Services provided "AS IS". No warranties for uptime (99.9% target), data integrity, or security. Max liability: €100. No consequential damages.
Governing Law
Albanian law applies; disputes in Albanian courts.
Changes
Updates posted here; continued use = acceptance.
